La Plata Rock
"La Plata Rock" is the most important festival in our city. There will be fireworks display, rock bands, bars and a lot of fun.
Some bands which are taking part in the festival are: La Renga, La Bersuit, Guasones, La Vela Puerca and Las Pastillas del Abuelo.
In "La Plata Rock" we are raising money for the local hospitals.
We celebrate this festival on the first week of December in the stadium "Ciudad de La Plata".
This is a traditional celebration since 1998. If you like rock you can´t forget it!
Wow! That sure looks like heaps of fun - I wish I could come too.
ResponderEliminarIn Germany, we have many music festivals but the best festivals I like in this country are Christmas and New Years Eve. The whole city turns into a night marketplace and everyone drinks hot wine and goes shopping for handmade ornaments.
And after Christmas, I have never seen anything like it - the whole city goes crazy with fireworks for hours. If you stand on a mountain it looks like its raining coloured stars from every corner!
